Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Locations: 4–8 business days

• Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If the order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Customer unavailable

• Refusal to accept delivery

additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please record an uninterrupted unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Force Majeure

Delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or other events beyond our control shall not make Kizzo.in liable for compensation.
