4. Orders

We reserve the right to:

Accept or reject any order.
Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
Limit quantities purchased.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payments

We accept payment through secure third-party payment gateways.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery is available.

7. No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

The wrong product has been delivered.
The product has been damaged during transit.
The product is missing from the shipment.

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and photographs.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
